Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to access more features. Downgrading is also possible, typically at the end of your current billing cycle. If you move from a paid plan to the Starter plan, you'll retain your core data but access to paid features will be restricted.

Currently, we do not impose limits on the number of client profiles, programs, or staff members you can add on any of our plans, including the Starter tier!
