Towards the end of your free trial, we'll remind you. You can then choose to subscribe to the plan you trialed or switch to a different paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan, your account will automatically be moved to our Starter tier, and you'll retain access to the features included in that plan.

No! You do not need a credit card to sign up for the Starter tier or to start a free trial for any of our paid plans. You'll only need to provide payment details if you decide to subscribe to a paid plan after your trial period ends.

While NNERB originated with strong support for Caribbean businesses (like WiPay integration), its comprehensive suite of tools for managing programs, clients, scheduling, and financials is designed to benefit service-based businesses globally. We are continuously working to expand our payment gateway integrations and regional support.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to access more features. Downgrading is also possible, typically at the end of your current billing cycle. If you move from a paid plan to the Starter plan, you'll retain your core data but access to paid features will be restricted.

Currently, we do not impose limits on the number of client profiles, programs, or staff members you can add on any of our plans, including the Starter tier! We believe in providing you the flexibility to grow without artificial volume restrictions. Our tiers are differentiated by the features and capabilities available.

On **all plans, including Starter**, you can connect with other businesses on the NNERB platform to co-host programs and build a referral network. Our referral program also lets you earn credits for inviting new businesses to join NNERB!
