5. How We Share and Disclose Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it under the following limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (e.g., WiiPay Caribbean), cloud hosting, data analytics, and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Between Users: Information is shared between Business Owners and their Clients as a core function of the Service (e.g., an enrollment confirmation shares a Client's name with the Business Owner).

6.1. Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include data encryption, access controls, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.2. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may also retain information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies and Your Choices
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to make the Service work and to gather analytics.
- Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the Service to function, such as for user authentication and security.

- Responsibility of the Business Owner: The Business Owner, as the Data Controller, is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding minors' data, including obtaining verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information from children.
- Our Role: We rely on the Business Owner to obtain this consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a Business Owner has collected your child's information without your consent, please contact the Business Owner directly. If you believe NNERB has unknowingly processed such data, please contact us at support@nnerb.com to request its removal.
